Just wanted to let you know VBS went great in case you were wondering! Amanda Henthorn recieved Christ among others! I am soooo proud of you and can't wait for you to get home so you can tell us all about everything!

ReplyDeleteHi sweetie. We are counting the days until your return! As you know, I do not have a "my space" so my messages to you have to be here. And you can bring as many suitcases home as you can. We have plenty of room! I've learned over the past few weeks that when God gives us a burden for someone it is for a purpose. And while burdens can be very painful, He doesn't give them to us just so we can hurt for someone. He has a plan that is much bigger than us. So my prayer for you is that God directs the burden that you have in your heart towards His plan and His purpose for your life, your future, and those He brings across your path. Your footsteps are ordered. He has overwhelmed me with the knowledge that our lives are not about ourselves, but totally and completely about othes. That is why we are here. I love you so much. I pray that God is your strength, your comfort, and your courage as you face these last days in the Philippines. See you soon! Sorry Jess doesn't love you enough to be here when you get back. She will be in Dallas on business. :) But I love you and I will be here! :) Aunt Lorrie
ReplyDeleteAre you swimming with the dolphins in the Philippines or HAWAII? That water certainly resembles the beaches in Maui! :) We are all still praying for you and those who you are ministering to. We are all looking forward to seeing you soon.
